Your vacation rental is located at 11 134th street Unit 105 Ocean City, MD. We are in the Ocean Princess building.

Accessing the space:

Check-in time is at 3pm. We understand you want to jumpstart your vacation and potentially get settled earlier, so we will try to accommodate early check-ins. But early check-ins aren't guaranteed. Check-out time is at 11 am to help ensure the next guest is able to start their vacation on time. Your personalized door code will deactivate at 11 am on the day you are checking out.

TO UNLOCK:

From the outside, press the Home logo and enter (the code specific to your stay).

From the inside, turn the thumbturn.

TO LOCK:

From the outside, press the Lock logo.

From the inside, turn the thumbturn.

Parking info:

You'll have access to 3 parking spots in the Ocean Princess parking lot. Please place a parking placard on your dashboard. You'll find the placards in the kitchen in the first drawer closest to the living area. A reminder to return the parking placards at the end of your stay so you can avoid the $50 replacement fee.

There is 1 dedicated parking spot for the unit, it is the closet spot to the rinse shower and can be seen in this Youtube video

For the other 2 parking spots you can utilize, follow the signs for the non-reserved spots.

House Rules:

1) The entire Ocean Princess community does not allow pets for renters so this rental is not pet-friendly. We love our furry friends but if you are bringing a pet on your trip then Visit The Beach is not for you. Please cancel your reservation so you avoid a $500 fine.

2) Ocean City Maryland has a strict noise ordinance from midnight to 7am so please be mindful of your late night noise level.

3) No parties or events allowed.

4) Please take the trash out before you leave.

5) Please load the dishwasher before you leave

6) There is no smoking of any kind allowed in the unit.

Reminders:

We do not provide bath or beach towels, so please pack your own.

We do provide all linens, comforters, and pillows for the bedding. You can find extra linens and pillows in the closet in the main living room area. The comforter and bedding for the pull out couch are in the ottoman. If you use the pull out couch, please leave it open when you check out so it’s easier for our cleaning team.

Airbnb reviews(yup, we know it’s annoying)

Our goal is to have consistent five-star reviews. If there’s any issues with your stay please let us know so we can fix it for you and our future guests.

The way Airbnb does their rating system is kind of interesting so let me explain. Most people would think five star reviews are only for the best of the best, one star reviews are for the worst, and three stars are for average. But it turns out Airbnb penalizes hosts every time they get a four star review or lower, and if their average rating dips below 4.2 they may be booted from the platform. So if you want to reward us with a positive review, please leave five stars!

✮✮✮✮✮ Perfection does not exist, but we were happy here and our host provided a clean and comfortable stay.

✮✮✮✮ Several issues need to be improved & my host didn’t seem receptive to making my/our stay better after we informed them that something needed attention.

✮ Health hazard. We found several issues and could not stay comfortably here and left within hours of check in
