Savor summer days building sandcastles, riding waves, mini-golfing, and seeking adventures from our prime location.
As the sun sets, rinse off sandy toes in the outdoor rinse shower and gather on the spacious balcony with ocean views. The best beaches, parks, shopping, & restaurants are all minutes away.

Property Overview
VisitTheBeach is on the oceanside of Coastal Highway, with a less than 5-minute walk to the sand and less than 3 hours from Baltimore, Washington DC, and Philadelphia. The best beaches and boating in Maryland and Delaware are minutes away.
With brand new furniture and appliances for the 2024 season, stay at the perfect, comfortable home base to easily visit the best Eastern Shore spots - the Ocean City boardwalk, Jolly Rogers Amusement Park, and Ocean City outlets (15-20 mins), and Bethany Beach, Dewey Beach, and Rehoboth Beach (20-30 mins). There are so many places to visit that are a gorgeous and short 5-20 min drive.
VisitTheBeach is in North Ocean City, so you’ll enjoy peace and space from the boardwalk, with plentiful free parking. It’s calm but not boring (ie you’ll never feel crowded), with plenty to do within a 15-minute walk.
Worried you might forget things? Less than 2 miles away is a Food Lion grocery store and just over the state line in Delalware, is a Harris Teeter grocery store that’s only a 10 minute drive. Enjoy being steps from the beach, along with everything you might need just a short distance away.
Looking for a work-cation? Our condo has fast wifi to send emails from from the balcony while you drink your morning coffee.
Into fitness? Enjoy seasonal yoga on the beach with Summer Rain Yoga less than a mile from VisitTheBeach. For those looking for something a bit more intense, OC Fit Gym is a 5 minute drive.

All bedding is provided for the bedrooms and pullout couch. We do not provide bath or beach towels.

Guest Access:
During your stay, the entire condo is all yours. There is parking for up to 3 cars in the parking lot. Relax and enjoy!
Guests are responsible for taking out their trash, either using the trash chute next to the main stairway or putting trash directly into the dumpster around the corner from the outdoor rinse shower
We do not provide bath or beach towels, we do provide bedding for the bedrooms and pull out couch
We provide starter items including toilet paper, soap, trash bags, detergent, and cleaning supplies, but guests are responsible for purchasing additional if needed.
Any food or drinks in our photos are just for show - they are not provided with your stay.
We are not pet-friendly. The entire building does not allow pets in rentals.
