We hope you enjoyed your stay in Ocean City with Visit The Beach and have a safe trip home.
Some important info about your check out
Check out time
Check-out time is at 11am. We understand you want to enjoy Ocean City for as long as you can but we need to prepare for the next guest.
If you are interested in a late check out, please reach out the day before so we can check the calendar and work with our cleaning team. If a late check out is possible, there is a $100 late check out fee.
If you’re interested in extending your trip another night, please reach out the day before your check out so we can check the calendar and potentially reschedule our cleaning team. We cannot accommodate trip extensions the day of your check out.
Reminders:
Your personalized door code will deactivate at 11 am on the day you are checking out.
Return the parking placards at the end of your stay so you can avoid the $50 replacement fee.
We appreciate you tidying up the kitchen and loading the dishwasher for our cleaning team to run.
If you used the pull out couch, please leave it open when you check out so it’s easier for our cleaning team.
Take the trash out before you leave.
Airbnb reviews(yup, we know it’s annoying)
Our goal is to have consistent five-star reviews. If there’s any issues with your stay, please let us know so we can fix it for you and our future guests.
The way Airbnb does their rating system is kind of interesting so let me explain. Most people would think five star reviews are only for the best of the best, one star reviews are for the worst, and three stars are for average. But it turns out Airbnb penalizes hosts every time they get a four star review or lower, and if their average rating dips below 4.2 they may be booted from the platform. So if you want to reward us with a positive review, please leave five stars!
✮✮✮✮✮ Perfection does not exist, but we were happy here and our host provided a clean and comfortable stay.
✮✮✮✮ Several issues need to be improved & my host didn’t seem receptive to making my/our stay better after we informed them that something needed attention.
✮✮✮ Major problems that should be fixed immediately and we would not stay here again
✮✮ This rental property should never have been listed for public use
✮ Health hazard. We found several issues and could not stay comfortably here and left within hours of check in
